Kelly M. Fletcher graduated from Western Michigan University, Cum Laude and Michigan State University College of Law with a Tax Concentration and Corporate concentration and participated in the Tax Clinic. She has been in the practice of law since
that time. She is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan. Following law school, Ms. Fletcher developed a general civil and criminal practice. The main focus being Tax issues/estate/probate/wills/trusts/family law issues/ business contracts and business formation - dissolution issues; and real estate closings and other property issues. In addition, she is thoroughly involved in a wide and varied felony and misdemeanor criminal docket. In her practice, she represents both civil and criminal litigants. As a criminal defense attorney, Ms. Fletcher is a trial attorney, and has experience handling serious felony and misdemeanor cases. She has taken criminal cases, including drug, assault and domestic violence, and criminal sexual conduct offenses and has won dismissals and lesser-included offenses. She has also obtained exceptionally low sentences for clients convicted of crimes
